Mehmet Karakose received the B.S. degree from Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Firat University, Elazig, Turkey, in 1998. He received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Computer Engineering Department of Firat University in 2001 and 2005, respectively. During 1999 to 2005, he was a Research Assistant at Firat University, and from 2005 to 2013, he worked as an Assistant Professor Doctor at the Computer Engineering Department in the same university. His research interests are intelligent systems, fuzzy systems, simulation and modeling, computational intelligence, fault diagnosis, optimization algorithm, and signal processing. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has authored or coauthored more than 70 papers that have appeared in various journals and conference proceedings; he has more than 250 citations, and he finished many projects. He is a lecturer for many courses such as System theory, Automata Theory, Algorithm Analysis, and Compiler Design in Computer Engineering Department.
