Annarosa Floreani

Annarosa Floreani was born in October 10, 1952, Italy. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Padova, Italy, in 1976, a Diploma, Italian Board of Geriatrics, School of Specialization of Geriatrics, University of Padova, Italy, in 1979, and a Diploma, Italian Board of Gastroenterology, School of Specialization of Gastroenterology, University of Padova, Italy, in 1983. From 1986 to 1987, he was a Research Associate at the Medical School of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK; from 1980 to 2000, he was an Assistant Professor of gastroenterology at the University of Padova, Italy; Since 2000, he has been an Associate Professor of gastroenterology at the University of Padova, Italy. Over the last decade, the focus of his research group has been chronic cholestasis, liver disease in the elderly, in particular hepatitis C virus infection, and liver disease in pregnancy, supported by grant funding from the University of Padua and Ministry of Education.
