Zhaoli Guo

Zhaoli Guo obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2000 and then worked at the State Key Laboratory of Coal Combustion (SKLCC) as a Postdoctor from 2000 to 2003. Then he worked at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as a Visiting Scholar before joining the Huazhong University of Science and Technology as a Professor in 2005. Dr. Guo's research interests include (1) mesoscopic methods (lattice gas automata, lattice Boltzmann equation, gas kinetic scheme, etc.) for transportation phenomena and (2) theory and simulation of fluid flows at the nano- and microscale.
