Paola Di Carlo

Paola Di Carlo received a degree in medicine, in 1991, and became a Specialist in infectious diseases, in 1995. He is an Italian Researcher of infectious diseases at Palermo University, Italy, since February 2000. Carlo specialized in pediatrics, in 2008, and served as a Professor of infectious diseases in the Specialization School of Infectious Disease, in the School of Microbiology, in the School of Pulmonary Disease, in the School of Medical Sport, and in the course of medicine degree. Moreover, Carlo is the author of publications in many Italian and international medical journals. Carlo's research interests include tuberculosis, hospital infections, and HIV.
