Mallikarjuna N. Nadagouda

Mallikarjuna Nadagouda was born in India and received his Ph.D. degree (2003) from Gulbarga University. After receiving his Ph.D. degree, Dr. Nadagouda worked for General Electric (GE), Bangalore, India for two years and then started to work with Professor Alan G. MacDiarmid (2000 Nobel Laureate) at the University of Texas at Dallas. He was also a recipient of the Oak Ridge Institute of Science and Education (ORISE) postdoctoral fellowship at the National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL), US EPA. Before achieving his current position as a Physical Scientist at NRMRL, Dr. Nadagouda worked with Pegasus Technical Services in Cincinnati, OH, USA. He has worked in the areas of nanomaterials and nanotechnology, analytical chemistry, green chemistry, polymer blends, solid coatings, and solid state chemistry. He has published over 110 papers in reviewed journals and holds several patents.
