Zhigang Liu received the M. Eng. degree in control theory and control engineering and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He is currently a Professor of the Institute of Engineering Optimization & Smart Antenna, Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao. His research interests include array signal processing, sensor networks with application to environment monitoring, smart home, and smart grid. In these areas, he has authored more than 50 papers published in international journals and conferences and has coauthored 2 books.
