Gea-Ny Tseng

Gea-Ny Tseng has a Ph.D. degree in pharmacology from Columbia University in the City of New York. He is a Professor of physiology and biophysics at the Virginia Commonwealth University. His areas of expertise are (1) cellular/molecular electrophysiology, (2) cellular/molecular biology, (3) heart disease and related electrical remodeling, (4) structure-function relationships of voltage-gated potassium channels, (5) congenital and acquired LQT syndrome, (6) channel-drug interactions, (7) site-directed mutagenesis, (8) immunoblotting/immunocytochemistry/confocal microscopy/RT-real time PCR, and (9) patch clamp recordings.
