Ching Lan
Ching Lan received his M.D. degree from Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan, in 1987. He finished his residency training program at National Taiwan University Hospital and then was promoted to the visiting staff of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, and the Department of Physical Medicine of Rehabilitation, National Taiwan University Hospital. He serves as a Counselor of the Department of Health and Bureau of Health Promotion, Taiwan. He has published more than 80 refereed papers and conference papers. He is the coauthor of the books Tai Chi Chuan published by Karger Publisher in January, 2008, and Acute Coronary Syndromes published by Intech Publishing Co., 2012. His research interests include Tai Chi Chuan and health promotion, cardiac rehabilitation, geriatrics, and exercise physiology.
