F. Mastaglia

F. L. Mastaglia graduated in medicine from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 1964 and later trained in neurology, neuropathology, and clinical neurophysiology. He has been Consultant in neurology at the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre in Perth since 1970 and Professor of neurology at UWA since 1983. He is currently Director of the Centre for Neuromuscular and Neurological Disorders of the UWA and Head of the Clinical Research Unit at the Australian Neuromuscular Research Institute and is involved in clinical, genetic, and physiological studies in Parkinson's disease, movement disorders, and neuromuscular diseases.
