Sergio Martinoia

Sergio Martinoia received the Laurea degree in electronic engineering from the University of Genova, Italy, in 1989, and the Ph.D. degree in bioengineering from the same University in 1993. Since 2000, he works as an Associate Professor of bioengineering at the Department of Biophysical and Electronic Engineering (DIBE) of the University of Genova, where he teaches courses on bioelectronics, neuroengineering, and computational neuroscience. His research interests are focused on computational neuroscience, network electrophysiology, and neuroengineering.
