Krzysztof Wilczynski received his M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, and he received his Ph.D. and D.S. degrees in polymer processing from the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 1994, he has been working as a Professor at the Warsaw University of Technology and a Director of the Polymer Processing Institute at the Department of Production Engineering. He served as a Visiting Professor at the Kyushu Institute of Technology in Kitakyushu and at the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. He also served as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Akron, DAAD Scholar at the Institute for Plastics Processing in Aachen, and IREX Scholar at the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. Currently, his research interest includes rheology, polymer processing, and computer modelling for polymer processing.
