Zengyou He

Zengyou He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2000, 2002, and 2006, respectively. He worked as a Research Associate in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from February 2007 to February 2010. Since March 2010, he has been an Associate Professor in the School of Software at Dalian University of Technology. His research interests include bioinformatics and data mining. He has published more than 30 papers in international journals and conferences including Bioinformatics, BMC Bioinformatics, Journal of Computational Biology, IEEE TCBB, Journal of Proteome Research, and RECOMB.
