Hsu-Hao Yang received the B.S. degree in industrial management from National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 1983, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial engineering from The University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA, USA, in 1991 and 1994, respectively. He served as a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, The University of Iowa, in 2010.He is currently a Professor at the Systems Decision Laboratory, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taiwan. His current research interests include efficiency analysis for the manufacturing and service industry and applications of computational intelligence in wind energy.
