Seokcheon Lee received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in industrial engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 1991 and 1993, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pa, USA, in 2005. Currently, Lee works as an Associate Professor at the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind, USA. His research interests include distributed control of large-scale complex network systems, based on the fundamental decision principles, such as auction, social welfare, preparedness, centrality, and parallelism, designed from multidisciplinary perspectives.
