Lifeng Ma was born in Wuxi, People’s Republic of China, in 1982. He received the B.S. degree in engineering from Jiangsu University, Jiangsu, China, in 2004 and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, in 2010. From 2008 to 2009, he was a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Information Systems and Computing, Brunel University, Uxbridge, UK. He served as a Research Associate at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2010 and 2011, for a total of 8 months. Since 2013 he has been a Lecturer at the School of Automation, Nanjing University of Science and Technology. His research interests include modeling, analysis, and control of nonlinear stochastic systems, large-scale networked systems, sliding mode control theory, game theory, etc. He coauthored one book, 15 international journal papers, and 2 international conference papers.
