Qing-Yu He

Qing-Yu He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Sheffield, Sheffield, UK (1995), and completed his postdoc training at the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT, USA (1999). He was a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont (2001) and the University of Hong Kong (2002-2005). He is now a Professor of biochemistry (Chang-Jiang scholar) and the Executive Dean of the College of Life Science and Technology at Jinan University in Guangzhou, China. The research interests focus on the applications of proteomics in biomarker discovery and drug-action mechanism illustration. He has published more than 140 peer-reviewed articles with more than 5100 citations (until July 2015).
