Mohammad Taghi Ahmadi

Mohammad Taghi Ahmadi serves as a Researcher at the University Technology Malaysia in computational nanoelectronic group (CONE). He received his B.S. degree in 1997, M.S. degree in 2006, and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2009. He received best Ph.D. student award from University Technology Malaysia and currently he serves on study leave and pursuing his postdoctoral program at Makmal nano Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. His main research interests are in nanoscale nonclassical device simulation, modeling, and characterization. His research resulted in a number of publications in high-impact journals for which he has been recognized by the UTM. His present research interests are in nanowires, carbon nanotube, and graphene nanoribbon transistors. He serves as an IEEE Member and is listed in Who’s Who in the world 2010.
