Sudhagar Mani works as an Assistant Professor of biochemical engineering, College of Engineering, University of Georgia, Athens, GA, USA. He received his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from The University of British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Mani has more than 10 years of research experience on the supply chain modeling and logistics of biomass and various preprocessing and pretreatment technologies including pelleting, granulation, briquetting, and torrefaction as well as thermochemical conversion and catalytic upgrading processes to produce liquid biofuels. Dr. Mani has published more than 25 referred journal articles and proceedings, 2 book chapters, and more than 75 national and international conference presentations and abstracts. Dr. Mani has also served in various research service capacities including Independent Expert Reviewer for various federal and international funding agencies.
