Pedro F. Escobar

Pedro F. Escobar is a board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, gynecologic oncology and has a fellowship in breast surgery/disease. He is a Member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, Society of Surgical Oncology, the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Society of Breast Disease. After receiving his medical degree (cum laude) and internship from the University of Puerto Rico, he completed his residency at Prentice Women’s Hospital of Northwestern University in Chicago, Ill, USA. He received his subspecialty training in gynecologic oncology and breast surgery at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He is presently on the medical staff in the Section of Gynecologic Oncology and Women’s Health Institute at Cleveland Clinic. He has published over 40 peer-review publications on the diagnosis and management of gynecologic and breast cancers.
