Zhihua Zhang received the Ph.D. degree from the University of California, CA, USA, in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, he was a Lecturer/Postdoc at the University of California. Currently, he is a tenured Full Professor in Beijing Normal University (China). He has published more than 40 first-authored papers. His research interests include climate change, applied mathematics, and signal and image processing. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Climate Change, an Associate Editor of Arabian Journal of Geosciences (SCI-indexed), an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Cleaner Production (SCI-indexed), an Editorial Board Member of International Journal of Global Warming (SCI-indexed), an Associate Editor of EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing (SCI-indexed), an Editorial Board Member of SpringPlus (SCI-indexed), and a Reviewer for Zentralblatt MATH. His research is supported by the National Key Science Program for Global Change Research, Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities (Key Program), and NSFC.
