Liaqat Ali Khan
0000-0002-0263-7270Liaqat Ali Khan was born on July 29, 1947, in Jhelum, Pakistan. He has been a Professor (since 2003) at the Department of Mathematics, King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He received his B.A. (1966) and M.A. (1968) degrees from Punjab University, Lahore, and Ph.D. degree (1977) from Wales University, Aberystwyth (UK). His fields of research include functional analysis, the strict and weighted topologies on vector-valued function spaces, fixed point theorems, multipliers, continuous homomorphisms, and almost periodic functions. He supervised 22 M.S./M.Phil. theses and cosupervised 2 Ph.D. theses. He has published 50 papers.
