Kenneth D. Ward received a Ph.D. degree. Ward serves as a Professor and Director of the Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences, the School of Public Health, University of Memphis, Memphis, Tenn, USA. Ward also serves as the Adjunct Professor of preventive medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, Tenn, USA, and the Intervention Director of the Syrian Center for Tobacco Studies, Aleppo, Syria. Ward serves as a Clinical Health Psychologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Health Behavior and the Society of Behavioral Medicine. His major research focuses on tobacco use, including epidemiology and prevention/cessation intervention development for cigarette and waterpipe users.
