Ismail Laher

Ismail Laher received his B.S. degree from University of London, UK, M.S. degree from University of British Columbia, BC, Canada, and Ph.D. degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, all in the field of pharmacology. His research interests are in the pharmacology and physiology of blood vessels, particularly in understanding the regulation of vascular tone of resistance arteries in health and disease. He is a Professor at the Department of Anesthesiology, Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Faculty of Medicine, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada.
