Zhitao Zhang

Zhitao Zhang obained his B.S., M.S., Ph.D. degrees from the Shandong University, China (1988–1997). From 1997 to 1999, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Mathematics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. He was also a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Sydney (1999-2000) where he upgraded to be Humboldt Research Fellow from 2004 to 2006. Then he became an Assitant Professor at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 1999 to 2003, then an Associate Professor from 2003 to 2008. Since 2008, he has been a Professor at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. His research interests include critical point theory and nonlinear partial differential equations, dynamics of Lotka-Volterra competition systems, and fixed points theory of nonlinear operators.
