Bldg. 434 D Argonne, IL 60439 Office Phone: (630)-252-0471 Fax: (630) 252-0460 Research Interests and Activities My research interests primarily involve the study of the molecular structural confirmation change in both static and dynamical states at atomic resolution by using high resolution single crystal diffraction patterns,This reasearch contains: - High Resolution X-ray Single Crystal Charge Density studies(HRXCD). - A laser pump-probe experiment using both monochromatic and Laue methods to catch the molecule excited state. - Photo-crystallography. a novel way to study Photo-induced magnetic materials and molecular switch. - Understand the fullerene chemistry in structural confirmation and in HRXCD studies. - Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOF), which are of great interest of their potential application in gas storage, separations and sensors. - Resonant diffraction studies.
