Wu Gang

Wu Gang received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in 1996 and 1999, respectively, from the Department of Radio Communication Engineering, Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications, Chongqing, China, and his Ph.D. degree in communications and information systems from the School of Communications and Information Engineering, UESTC, Chengdu, China. From June 2004 to November 2005, he was a lecturer and then an Associate Professor with UESTC, Chengdu, China. He was a Research Fellow with Positioning and Wireless Technology Centre, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore from November 2005 to February 2007. He, as an Associate Professor, is with the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, and a Visiting Scholar at Georgia Institute of Technolog, Atlanta, USA. His research interests include space-time fading channel modeling, space-time codes, OFDM, Ultra-wideband, cooperative wireless communications, and multiple-user information theory. Dr. Gang has been served as TPC Member of many international academic conference, such as VTC'06, HPCC'08, and ICCCAS'08. He has often worked as a technical reviewer for international journals and conferences. He is an IEEE Member since 2005.
