Chuan-Mo Lee, M.D., serves as a Professor at the Division of Hepatogastroenterology at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Chang Gung University College of Medicine. He graduated from National Taiwan University College of Medicine in 1981. He did fellowships at Linko Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan (under Professor Yun-Fan Liaw) from 1984 to 1987 and the University of Southern California (under Professor Michael M.C.Lai) in 1990. Later in his career, he held the position of director of the Division of Hepatogastroenterology, Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital from 2005 to 2009. During this period, he chaired the Second Annual Meeting of the Taiwan Liver Cancer Association in 2008. His research focuses on viral hepatitis; however, he has broadly published more than 170 articles in peer-reviewed international journals across all disciplines of gastroenterology and hepatology. He acts as a Reviewer for several international journals.
