Myung-Hoon Chung
Myung-Hoon Chung received a B.S. degree in physics from Yonsei University, Republic of Korea, in 1986, and a Ph.D. degree in theoretical physics from University of Chicago, USA, in 1991. His current position is in the College of Science and Technology, Hongik University, Republic of Korea. As a Visiting Professor, he worked at Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA, in 2001 and 2002, and at the University of Georgia, Athens, in 2009 and 2010. His research interests are in the areas of population genetics, computational biophysics, and biomolecular modeling. He has done extensive work on population genetics using computational simulations. More recently, he has been working on biomolecular modeling.
