Ken H. Darzy

Ken H. Darzy graduated from the University of Baghdad Medical School, Iraq, in 1990. He completed his general medical training in the UK after 1993. He obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (London) in 1996. He assumed the post of a Research Fellow in endocrinology at the Christie Hospital NHS Trust. He undertook extensive clinical research in the field of radiation-induced hypopituitarism in cancer survivors. He obtained the M.D. degree from the University of Manchester, in 2008. He finished his specialist training in general internal medicine, diabetes, and endocrinology at the London Hospitals NHS Trust. He obtained the Certificate for Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in 2006. At present, he is working as a Consultant Physician with an interest in diabetes and endocrinology at the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. He has a special interest in pituitary dysfunction and insulin pump therapy.
