Dr Ramin Yousefi is an assistant professor of solid-state physics at Islamic Azad University, Masjed-Soleiman Branch, Iran. His research is about metal oxide such as ZnO, PbO nanostructures and metal chalcogenide nanostructures that apply as several applications such as opto-electronics devices, photocatalyst activity, solar cells, and gas sensor. In addition, he just started to research about (metal oxide)/(reduced graphene oxide) nanocomposites. He uses several methods to grow nanostructures such as CVD, PVD, sonication, and sol-gel. He published more than 50 ISI papers about nanostructures and his h-index is 16 now. In addition, he published some chapter books about fundamental properties of nanostructures from growth to applications.
