Liang Tien Chia
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Liang-Tien Chia received the B.S. and Ph.D.
degrees from Loughborough University, in
1990 and 1994, respectively. He is the Director
of the Centre of Multimedia and Network
Technology and also an Associate Professor
in the Division of Computer Communications,
School of Computer Engineering,
Nanyang Technological University,
Singapore. His research interests include
image/video processing, image/video coding,
and multimedia adaptation/transmission. He has published
over 50 research papers.
