Guohong Ma

Guohong Ma graduated from Henan University in 1993 and obtained his Ph.D. degree in optics from Fudan University in 2001. He has been a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from 2001 till 2005, he became a Full Professor at Shanghai University in 2005, and he was promoted to be a Ph.D. Supervisor in 2006. He was appointed as an “Eastern Scholar” in 2008. He is the Member of Optical Society of America (OSA) as well as a Member of Singapore Materials Research (SMR). His research interests cover nonlinear optics, ultrafast terahertz photonics as well as ultrafast optical manipulation of electronic spin in semiconductor and orderly magnetic system.
