Thomas Pannicke

Thomas Pannicke holds a Ph.D. degree and studied biology at the University Leipzig (Leipzig, Germany). As a Research Scientist, he has been a Member of the group of Professor Andreas Reichenbach at the University Leipzig at the Carl Ludwig Institute of Physiology (from 1992 to 1995) and at the Paul Flechsig Institute of Brain Research since 1995 . His areas of expertise include retina, glia, Muller cells, patch clamp experiments, pathophysiology of glia, and neuron-glia interactions.
