Peijun Shan

Peijun Shan received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech in 1999. He is currently developing wireless multimedia communications systems at Avnera Corporation in Beaverton, Ore, USA, as Lead PHY Architect . Previously, he was affiliated with RF Micro Devices in Greesboro, NC, USA, focused on developing wireless network baseband processors. Dr. Shan is the first or second inventor for 10 granted patents (8 US and 2 Chinese) and a few patents pending, all in communications and circuits. He is an author of about 20 journal and conference proceeding papers.
