Ignasi Ramírez

Ignasi Ramírez received the Ph.D. degree in biology from the University of Barcelona of Barcelona, Spain, in 1985. Ramírez served as an Associate Professor and a Professor in biochemistry and molecular biology at the same university in 1988 and in 2010, respectively. Ramírez's research interests include epidermal growth factor, ErbB receptors and their ligands, and stress-induced cell damage and repair.
