Michael Behr is an Associate Professor in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, Regensburg University Medical Center. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Regensburg, Germany. He has been a prosthodontic lecturer since 1989. His main research interests are cranio-mandibular disorders, fiber-reinforced composite, all-ceramics, electron-beam irradiation of composites, luting agents, fixed partial dentures (all-ceramic, adhesive fixed, implant-supported), double crown retained dentures, and aging and chewing simulation procedures. He has more than 80 publications in international journals.
