Manuel Pardo-de-Santayana
0000-0001-9406-4758Manuel Pardo-de-Santayana is an Assistant Professor of botany and ethnobotany at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain, where he received his Ph.D. degree and a degree in biology and philosophy. He has also worked at the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid (CSIC) and the School of Pharmacy (University of London). Since 1995, he has been researching on contemporary and historical uses of medicinal and wild food plants in the Iberian peninsula.
