Wen-Shan Chen

Wen-Shan Chen received his B.S. degree in electronic engineering of technology from the National Taiwan Institute of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan (today named National Taiwan University of Technology) and his Ph.D. degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2001. From 2001 to 2002, he was an Assistant Professor of Chien-Kuo Institute of Technology, Changhua, Taiwan. He is currently an Associate Professor of the Department of Electronic Engineering at Southern Taiwan University (previously named Southern Taiwan University of Technology), Yung-Kang City, Tainan County, Taiwan. He is an IEEE Senior Member. Chen is also the General Secretary of 2007 and 2008 IEEE AP-S Tainan Chapter officers. He is currently the Vice Chair of 2008 IEEE AP-S Tainan Chapter officers. He is a Life Member of the Institute of Antenna Engineers of Taiwan (IAET) and a Member of the 2008 Trustees Board of Institute of Antenna Engineers of Taiwan. He is a Life Member of the Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineering (CIEE). His research interests include antenna design, RF, and microwave circuit.
