Haibo Zeng

Haibo Zeng works as a Professor in the Nanoscience Institute at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) , Shanghai, China, in 2006, then worked in CAS, Universität Karlsruhe (Germany) and National Institute for Materials Science (Japan). In 2011, he joined Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has published more than 80 peer-reviewed journal articles and the total number of citations is over 2,100. The h-index of these publications is 24. The research in his current group focuses on inorganic graphenes- and ZnO-based optoelectronics.
