István Rácz

István Rácz is a Professor of medicine at the Petz Aladár County and Teaching Hospital, Gyõr, Hungary and Head of the 1st Department of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He received his medical degree from the Medical University at Pécs, Hungary and completed his residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Petz Aladar County and Teaching Hospital and at the 1st Department of Medicine at the Medical University at Pécs, Hungary. Dr. Rácz is the Member of the Gastroenterology Board in Hungary, and he is the leading coordinator of GI bleeding and capsule endoscopy service in the country. He served in the Board of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy during 2004–2012.
