Naveen Chilamkurti

Naveen Chilamkurti received his B.Eng. degree in computer engineering from Bangalore University, India. He received his M.S. degree in computer science and his Ph.D. degree from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. He is currently teaching at the Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering, La Trobe University, Australia. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and has published many conference papers and journal papers. He serves as a cochair ISWPC 2009, a Program Cochair for the IEEE ICENTRIC conference, a Track Chair for CSA 2008, Lead Guest Editor for Special issue on Human Centric Communications by world science publications. He serves as a TPC Member for more than 30 IEEE/non-IEEE conferences. His current research areas include wireless multimedia, multicast congestion control, multicast security, cross-layer techniques in wireless communications, adaptive FEC, wireless sensor networks, WiMAX access issues, and home networking.
