Wei-Chiao Chang holds a D.Phil degree and serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Medical Genetics, Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan. He obtained his doctoral degrees from University of Oxford, UK (with Professor Anant Parekh 2003–2007). He was then recruited by RIKEN Center for Genomic Medicine, Japan, where he worked in Professor Yusuke Nakamura‘s Center with Professor Mayumi Tamari. In the same year, he was honored as an International Research Scientist (FY2008) by RIKEN. He was recruited by Professor Hank Juo as an assistant professor in 2009 and was supported by NSC Distinguished Yong Scientist Project (2011).
