J. V. Visentainer
J. V. Visentainer graduated in chemistry from the Universidade Estadual de Maringá and received an M.S. degree in science and technology of food from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Brazil, (1985) and a Ph.D. degree in the science and technology of food from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil (2003). He has experience in science and technology of food, focusing on the science of food, acting on the following subjects: lipids, composition, manipulation fatty acids, and omega-3 in animal.
