Fei Zeng recieved a B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 1991, an M.S. degree from Shanghai Institute of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Science, in 1994, and a Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, China, in 2002. Zeng served as a Lecturer at Center South University, China, from 1996 to 1999, and at Tsinghua University, from 2002 to 2005. Since 2005, Zeng works as an Associate Professor at Tsinghua University. Zeng mainly focuses on the research of interface effects of metal/functional films and design and preparation of novel thin functional films. Zeng’s research interests include memristors and related materials, surface acoustic wave materials and devices, and ion beam surface modification.
