Dr. Robert J. Stein is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Co-director of Robotic Surgery in the Center for Robotic and Image-guided Surgery of the Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute at Cleveland Clinic. His academic and clinical interests include minimally invasive, laparoendoscopic single site, natural orifice, and robotic surgery. General categories of interest include neoplasms of the kidney, prostate, bladder,and adrenal gland as well as ureteral reconstruction. Besides serving as faculty at multiple national and international meetings, he has coauthored over 70 peer reviewed articles and 15 book chapters. Dr. Stein has published and presented widely on the topics of robotic nephron sparing surgery, robotic partial nephrectomy, robotic prostatectomy, and laparoendoscopic single site surgery.
