Motoaki Saito

Motoaki Saito serves as an Associate professor at Tottori University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pathophysiological and Therapeutic Science, Division of Molecular Pharmacology. He was born on July, 1965. He received an M.D. degree in medicine from Tottori University, Faculty of Med, Japan in 1991 and a Ph.D. degree in medicine from the same university in 2000. From 1991 till 1993, he was a Resident at Department of Urology, Tottori University Faculty of Medicine working under Professor Ikuo Miyagawa. From 1993 to 1996, he served as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Section of Urology, Yale University School of Medicine under Professor Robert M. Weiss. From 2004 to 2004, he served as an Assistant Professor at Department of Urology, Tottori University Faculty of Medicine. From 2004 to 2008, he held the position of an Assistant Professor at Department of Pathophysiological and Therapeutic Science, Division of Molecular Pharmacology. Since 2008, he serves as an Associate Professor at Department of Pathophysiological and Therapeutic Science, Division of Molecular Pharmacology and a Visiting Professor at Department of Urology, Ioannina University, School of Medicine. He is a Member of Japan Urological Association, Neurogenic Bladder Society, American Urological Association, International Continence Society, and Japan Pharmacological Society
