Anand Pal Singh

Anand Pal Singh currently works as the Head of the catalysis division of National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, India, and had more than 30 years of research experience in the field of heterogeneous catalysis. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from BHU, Varanasi, India, and his postdoc from UK and Netherlands. He has more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and 10 patents. His earlier research interests include the synthesis and catalytic applications of zeolites mainly in alkylation and acylation reactions and currently he focuses his attention on the synthesis and catalytic applications of siliceous and nonsiliceous mesoporous materials, organic-inorganic hybrid materials, and the heterogenization of industrially relevant homogenous catalysts.
