Hadi Adibi
Hadi Adibi received his B.S. degree in chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran, in 1995, M.S. degree in organic chemistry from the Faculty of Sciences, Shiraz University, Shiraz, Iran, in 1998, and Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from the College of Chemistry, Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran, in 2003. He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah, Iran. His research experience includes synthesis of organic compounds under solvent-free/ionic liquids conditions, synthesis of cytotoxic and antiangiogenesis agents, synthesis of metal-based drugs (biometals), synthesis of biologically active compounds (antimicrobial, antioxidant, antileishmania, hypoglycemic, antiproliferative, anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis, hypolipidemic activity, neuroprotective), synthesis of DNA intercalators, and synthesis of enzyme inhibition agents (acetylcholinesterase, carbonic anhydrase, aldose reductase, topoisomerase II, tyrosinase, aldose reductase, metallo-beta-lactamase, acid phosphatase, tyrosine kinase). Moreover, he received The Award for the Selected Teacher of the Year (May 2005 and May 2006) and The Award for the Selected Researcher of the Year (December 2007, December 2008, December 2010, and December 2011). His h-index in accordance with Scopus is 12.
