Yujie Lu

Yujie Lu is currently a Research Scientist at the Center of Molecular Imaging, the Brown Foundation Institute of Molecular Medicine, the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Houston, Tex, USA. He received the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Crump Institute for Molecular Imaging, the University of California, Los Angeles during 2007 through 2009. His research interests include instruments and algorithms relevant to molecular imaging techniques, theoretical and numerical methods for inverse problem in imaging modality, partial differential equation-based biophysics simulation and data processing, and high-performance computation in biomedical imaging.
