Chieh Yuan Tsai

Chieh Yuan Tsai is a Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Yuan Ze University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, the University of Missouri-Columbia, Columbia, Mo, USA. His research activities include data mining, product data management (PDM), customer relationship management (CRM), RFID applications, and e-Commerce. He is serving on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Quality (JOQ) and ISRN Artificial Intelligence.
